The sole objective/reponsibility of the site manager is to achieve a stable and satisfactory service and product supply by the CJV to the company and its customers around the global.ü        The site manager needs to become the captain of the CJV ship. He must make sure all the areas concerning relationship with the CJV, program management, technology transfer from the US to the CJV, production, quality assurance and control, customer audit, product delivery, etc. are all managed well under his leadership in supporting the company and its customers.ü        The site manager needs to manage and work with the team consisting people from CJV and the company US to achieve his and company’s goals, and to cultivate the relationship with the CJV. He should be the ambassador of the company to the CJV and vice versa and a friend of the CJV to exchange the plans and ideas from one to the other, to clear up the confusions, to increase mutual understanding, thus to improve the relationship and friendship further and further.ü        The site manager needs to manage the programs/ projects of product transfer well and effectively. He will stand on top of the programs and orchestra different functions towards achieving a timely product transfer.ü        The site manager needs to assure the quality assurance system is in good shape to support a constant supply of products of good quality.ü        The site manager needs to communicate effectively with all the parties involved in both English and Chinese.ü        The site manager needs to coach and develop subordinates. Qualifications:ü        Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related disciplineü        Five years experience in plant operations management. Experience in heat transfer product a plus.ü        Strong fundamental knowledge and experience in LEAN or Six-Sigma programsü        Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the English language in reading、writing and speakingü        Demonstrated proficiency to manage multiple tasks and to set prioritiesü        Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and in developing subordinatesü        Must be able to work and perform well under pressure with tight deadlines ü        Self-starter, team spirit and result orientated.ü        Good interpersonal skills.
