<p>美资500强公司急聘人事专员（负责招聘）-工作地点：上海</p><p>Human Resources Specialist <br/>Responsibilities:</p><p>- Select and recruit high caliber candidates in line with the company’s expansion plans <br/>- Develop creative approaches to the recruitment and selection process <br/>- Facilitate the development of job descriptions, job profiles and candidate profiles with hiring managers<br/>- Establish and manage relationship with internally with hiring managers, externally with search firms, advertising agencies, universities and applicants<br/>- Compile and analyze operational reports for management review</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>- University degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines<br/>- Minimum 5 years Human Resources experience, preferably in an in-house recruitment function<br/>- International experience in multinational companies desirable<br/>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br/>- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision<br/>- Proven ability to work with people from various cultural background at different levels<br/>- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin required<br/></p><p>联系人：Alice Xu<br/>电话：021-62519984 *111<br/>E-mail:job188@green-information.com<br/>MSN:alice_xmj@163.com</p>
