<p><font id="Zoom" style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 150%;"> 中新网8月27日电 目前正在中美洲访问的陈水扁，不只过境美国受挫，就连“友邦国”也不甚顺利。</font></p>
<p><font id="Zoom" style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 150%;"> 据台湾《联合晚报》报道，在洪都拉斯、萨尔瓦多之外，陈水扁原本预计增加尼加拉瓜、巴拿马两国行程，最后一刻如愿敲定造访尼加拉瓜；不过，即便在台湾方面退而求其次，提出“不访问、纯过境”的要求，巴拿马仍将其拒于门外。</font></p>

<p><font id="Zoom" style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 150%;"> 萨尔瓦多也有隐忧，陈水扁在萨国国会发表演说时，萨国执政党最后“起立致意”，唯独反对党从头到尾面无表情，屁股一动也不动地坐在原地。从中已可窥见，即便“邦谊”堪称稳定，但其内部不同阵营的角力，都可能一夕冲击与台湾的关系。</font></p>
