用肢体伸展心灵的舞蹈

      上周偶然的机会,有幸参加了公司一个培训。这是一次震撼我心灵的培训,甚至是改变我生活态度的一次培训。
I was so lucky that I happened to take part in a training. I was shocked by this training, and what more, it might change the attitude of my life. 
        
几乎就要错过的,在繁忙的假象之中被容易忽略的心错过。感谢上帝的怜悯,牠的手指轻轻一拔,就成全了。
It was almost missed by the “busy lie”. Thank goodness, God made it happen by his  kindness. 
        
前往的时候,对课程没有抱任何惊喜的期望。似曾相识的课题,有些熟悉又陌生的同学,我只把这当成一次放松的机会。
 I didn’t expect much when I went there. with  this Familiar topic, familiar classmates, I just make it as a chance to relax.

  
我是最后一位进入教室的学员,老师进来又已经出去了。我找到自己的位置,习惯性打开电脑。
I was the last person that went into the classroom. The teacher came in and went out. I found my seat, opened my computer as usual.
      
一会,学员陆陆续续回到教室,老师也出现了。一头灰白蓬松的头发,从他的头上盖下来。对的,是盖下来,我第一感觉像爱因斯坦,只是头发没那么白、没那么乱。
      After a while, the students went into the classroom bit by bit,and there came the teacher. Gray and fluffy hair covered his head, yes,coverd. The first impression that came to my mind is ” Einstein”, with not so gray and fluffy hair.

       
他穿一件白色棉质地的大衬衣,肩膀上搭着一件毛衣(奇怪,到课程结束,我才注意到这是一件紫色的毛衣,属于法式的浪漫、优雅的紫罗兰的颜色。)他坐下来,不说话,两个眼睛骨碌碌望着大家。我习惯性的看着他笑笑,他没有回应。真是个奇怪的老头,我想。
 He was in a  cotton  white  shirt, a sweater on his shoulder.( It was strange that till the class was over, I noticed it was purple, just like the romantic violet color of France) He sat down with no word, looked  all of  us with his eyes move quickly. I smiled to him as I did in the past. But no answer.  He was a pretty odd old man, I guess.

        开始了,他中国合作公司的助教开场。介绍他的时候我记住了:默剧第一代大师是卓别林,第二代大师是马克.马索,第三代就是我们今天的菲利浦.比佐……”

Class began with his assistant from China I remembered what she introduced about the teacher:  the master of the first generation of pantomime is ChaplinMarcel Marceau was the master of the second generation. The third master of pantomime is Philippe Bizot……

       培训结束后,我百度了一下他的资料:

飞利浦.比佐,从事默剧30多年,出生于波尔多,自学而成的比佐深受默剧大师Marcel Marceau,以及演员兼导演Jean- LouisBarrault影响,并在1974年就以20岁之龄获颁巴黎默剧国际大奖。从此以后,他便受邀至全世界演出并传授哑剧演出的技巧,其教学对象包括世界各地的成人、儿童、听障、视障人士、自闭症患者和残障人士等,并在包括中国在内的多个国家成立了默剧学院。

       他是真正的和公认的国际艺术大师!

 After the training, I searched some material of him.” Philippe Bizot, has been in pantomime for 30 years. He was born in Bordeaux,deeply influenced by Marcel Marceau and Jean- LouisBarrault.  He got the International prize of pantomime when he was only 20 in 1974. After that, he was invited all over the world to perform and teach the skill of pantomime, including the adults, children disable people, and the people who got infantile autism. He sets up lots of college of pantomime.

He is a real artist being known by the world.

 

       他有着艺术家特有的孤独、飘逸的气质。He has the temperament of artist which looks lonely and elegant.

 

       他说:肢体语言是一种态度、是公众交流最好的钥匙、是有效、美丽的沟通方式。”“每个人都有自己独有的颜色和音乐、你是独一无二的。”“有个人特质出来的时候,演讲会变得更好。

 He said:” body language is kind of an attitude, and the best key for the public communication. Also it is the most effective and beautiful way of communication.”

Everybody has his own color and music, you are unique.

When your personality comes out, speech will be better.

      他在课堂上对我们的点评像杀手一样的职业而准确。

The comment he gave us just as correct as a professional killer.

他说:你有很好的东西住在里面,但没有发挥出来你借用说话把你自己藏起来沉默才能承载你的主意和信息这像一个秘密,但是所有人都听见了让演讲的内容在空中盘旋就是这样,这样就有了!”

He said:” you have something good living inside, but can’t show it”.” You hide yourself by talking”. “Only silence can hold your idea and information.” “ It’s like a secret, but all the people hear it”. “let the content of your speech fly in the sky”.” Yes, this is it”.

       但他又是温柔的,温柔而充满爱的。

But he is gentle, nice and full of love.

把一个信息传达给大家,好像(送出)一份礼物让主题留在空间里,大门永远对听众敞开你让我看到一个十二岁的孩子。

Passing an information to all the people, just like giving a present. Let the theme be  in the space,  and the door is open to the listeners always.” You let me see a twelve-year-old child.”

 

       默剧是沉默而孤独的艺术,当他的肢体开始舒展时,他在表演他孤独的内心。他在表演他的过去,包括童年的回忆,阳光下的午睡,青涩的爱情约会……

Pantomime is the art of silent and lonely. When he began to smooth out his body, he began to show his inside lonely world. He was showing his past, including the memory of childhood, the nap time in the sunshine, the un-mature love dating of youth.

        在回忆的氛围中,没有语言,只剩下带着动作的画面,如同在寂寞无眠的午夜观看重播的镜头一样。

In the atmosphere of memory, there is no language, only  the picture of action left, just as watching the rebroadcast in the dark un-sleep-able midnight.

        这种沉默的感情是可以交流的。他孤独的飞越国界,在说着不同语言的人群中表演。他在全世界最大的剧院演出,收获无数鲜花和掌声。灯光暗下,他沉默的提起轻便的行囊,辗转到另外的表演场。可能是街头,也可能是工厂。他为不同阶层的人表演,男的、女的,老人、孩子,文化名流、车间工人……

It’s the feeling of silent communicating. He flies alone all over the world, acting to different people who speak different language.  He performed in the biggest theatre of the world, harvesting flowers and the applause of the audience. when the light turns off, he packed  silently, to another place, perhaps street, or  factory. He performs for  people from different level, men, women, old, young, workers……     

他陪伴聋哑孩童,帮助自闭症的孩子恢复,他到医院陪伴濒死的儿童……

He accompanies the deaf children, helping children recovering from infantile autism. He  goes to the hospital being with the children who’s leaving the world.

        他陪伴一位眼盲的自闭症女孩,这是最糟糕的情况了。他说。这个女孩与这个世界惟一的联系,就是每天坐在房间里,将报纸从一个角,一点一点的捻成碎沫。”“她的房间里,有成堆的报纸碎沫。他形容说。我坐在她对面,陪她撕纸沫。”“一个星期过去了。除此之外,我不知道我还能做点什么。他的表情有属于他独特的淡淡的无奈和哀伤。我的报纸撕完了,于是我掏出香烟的锡纸。课堂中我们问过他,如果外出只能带一样东西,他会带什么,他回答是:香烟。”“锡纸撕裂的声音,让小女孩停下了手里的动作来聆听。这让我发现与她沟通的方式。比佐让我们现场闭上眼,他要带我们去森林。

He had accompanied a blind girl with infantile autism. “it’s the worst situation”. He said. “ the only communication this girl had with the world is sitting in the room, tearing the newspaper bit to bit. There are masses of newspaper being tore in her room. I sat opposite to her, tearing paper with her. A week passed, I don’t know what I could do besides that. The sadness spreads on his face. “ I took out my cigarette tinfoil after the newspaper used off. The sound of the tinfoil made the girl stop her action, listening. This is the way  I found communicating with her.

Bizot asked us to close our eyes, he was going to take us into the forest.

       “--沙,沙沙-沙沙-沙沙沙沙沙-------”我感觉我的脚踩在秋天森林中厚厚的枯叶上,松软又有弹性的落叶,令我的脚舒服的陷进去……像童年到山坡探险,好奇深入密密的杉木林中。周围很安静,连小鸟的叫声都没有。只有--的脚步声,令我有些惶恐、害怕、却又好奇想继续深入………

Sha-sha-sha-sha        I felt my feet were on the thick leaves of the autumn forest, soft and elastic, my feet stepped deeply into it, just like exploring the hill in my childhood, into the deep forest. It was very quiet in around, you can’t hear a bird , only sound of the foot-steps, sha-sha-sha, made me nervous, afraid but curious ,wanted to keep going.

   

比佐通过搓揉报纸,带我们体验了一次密林探险。

Bizot made us  explore the forest with the newspaper kneading.

 

      “6个月后,我要离开了。小女孩的妈妈说,那怎么办?比佐回忆说,我说,你给她买条小狗吧。我也不知道我当时为什么会这样建议,但我就这样说了。”“后来发现,这个建议是正确的。小狗不会在意你是盲人还是看得见的人,你是自闭症患者还是正常人。小狗都会扑到你身上,用身体蹭你,用温润的舌头舔你的脸。比佐露出温暖的笑容,一条小狗在一周内对她的帮助,胜过我花的六个月。

       这一刻,比佐是温暖的、充满了爱和温柔。

 I would be leaving in 6 months. ”then what can I do” the girl’s mother asked. I said buying her a little dog.” I don’t know why I suggest this  but I said it. What we find is it’s the right suggestion. The dog won’t care you are normal or with infantile autism, it will touch you with it’s body, licking your face with soft and wet tongue. Bizot smile warmly. “ a dog’s one week for her, better than my 6 months”.

       比佐有着法国人传统的对美和优雅的热爱。他形容语言是唱歌,肢体是舞蹈,他要我们通过这次培训,找到属于自己的舞蹈。

Bizot loves beauty and elegance, just as the traditional French do. He described language as singing, body action as dancing. He told us to find our own dance through this class.      

他的动作轻盈、优雅,他教我们的手势,像羽毛一样,轻轻扬起、徐徐落下,像一首优雅而婉转的宋词。

He moves gently, softly. The sign he taught us, just like the feather, up and down slowly, like a poem.

       他赞美印度的手语,他给我们示范印度的孩子如何数数:用拇指头、灵巧而轻盈的,轻触食指第一指节开始数……

He praised the sign language of India. He showed us how Indian child counts: using thumb, lightly counting from the forefinger.

       他说全世界用手语表达太阳都大同小异:右手缓缓抬高至头上方,五指做绽放动作。惟有印度的最美,他们会用眼神注视,并在绽放的那一瞬陶醉在温暖的阳光之中……

      He said, the sign languages all over the world showing “sun” are all most the same, raising the right hand up to head, out going five fingers.  But Indian sign is the most beautiful of all, they will use their eyes to look, and being intoxicated in the warm sunshine as their fingers going.

        比佐又是极其幽默和诙谐的,他为我们示范熊和老人的故事,形象表达了宁要聪明的敌人,不要愚蠢的朋友的古老谚语。

Bizot is very humorous and funny. He shown us the story of bear and the old man, telling us “ it’s better a cleaver enemy than a stupid friend.

 

        第二天上午,比佐为我们滔滔不绝的演讲发愁,他形容我们的演讲有成吨成吨的信息。午餐时,我问他为什么只吃一点点,他无奈的笑笑,说:因为你们的话太多了。我忍俊不禁。过了一会,他起身拿食物,并让翻译告诉我:为了让你开心,我决定再吃一点水果。然后狡黠一笑离去,像个大孩子。

 In the morning of the second day, Bizot worried for the endlessly talking of us. He described our speech as “ tons of information”. At lunch time, I asked him why he only ate a little. He smiled and said:” because your guys talked too much”.

I can’t help smile. After a while, he got up to take some food, and told me: “ I will eat a little more fruit  to make you happy.” He turned away and smile, like a big kid.

        比佐说他热爱中国,他说他在很小的时候,就有一个风筝,他梦想过中国的京剧。没有想到,现在他可以到中国来,而且还成为了表演的老师。他最后说这一切源自于,他一直在做他自己!

 Bizot said he loves China. He got a kite when he was very young. He dreamed of Chinese opera. Out of imagination, he could come to China and being the teacher of performance. He said in the end: that’s because he is being himself, always.

        做真实的自己!用真诚、尊重,对待每一个人、每一件事!

Being the true Facing everyone everything with sincere and  respect.

This is what  Bizot told us always.

        这是比佐一直跟我们强调的!
