Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the department head in every day implementation of key tasks in individual sales teams.
2. Assist the department head with performance management
3. Take ownership in the controls and measurement to drive for desired business result in key business areas.
4. Provide feedback and take initiative in recommending corrective or improvement measures.
5. Own special assignment on department projects
Requirements:
1. Communication skills in both English and Chinese, influencing and persuasive
2. University graduate or above, major in Insurance, Trading, Law, Finance, Economics, marketing.
3. Proved experience in the management of a sales organization preferred
4. At least 6 years of working experience, among which minimum 3 years in managerial or supervisory role
