昨晚，我再也憋不住了，是否现在就赶到学校去。虽然孩子的学校在另一个城市，其实也就是个把小时的路程。因为孩子上个月29号到校，开始军训一周的；我后来打了几个电话，都没接，短信不回，心底愈加不安起来。孩子怎么啦？对我这老爸到底有什么意见？我怎么就伤着孩子啦？

后来一想，还有班主任的电话，去之前不如拨个电话？于是乎，我鼓起勇气拨ffice:***arttags" />ersonName w:st="on" ProductID="通">通ersonName>老师电话。老师很客气，说孩子很好，还特愿帮助同学，明天下午才会返校，规定不允许带手机的。我一块石头算落到肚子里，后来不久孩子拿了其他老师的电话也给我回了一个电话：一切顺利，明天到校请他搓一顿就成！

因为不知道，就会想，混思乱想，其实细细玩味这是常态。岂止孩子这儿？想这想哪，特别是现今之岁月，人们的交往大抵如是，我自己的教训真也不在少数。从过去的母亲、爱人、朋友，工作中的顾客、同事，可以说不一而足。

总感觉：自己是值得同情的，别人不理解我；自己是委屈的，别人应该同情我。如果得不到自以为沟通之效果，就容易想，转而升级为嗔恨、忧怨，把自己的情绪搞得一团糟。细细玩味，均在于自己的想了，所谓“天下本无事，庸人自扰之”。

清净心不会凭空获取的，昨晚我丢下电话，特兴奋，真得。于是出去玩，到公园转转，给阿木林敲走一些钱，可还是开心！回到家中，翻开书本，也勉强自己看上几页，虽然似懂非懂，但心里舒坦，于是睡去。
