REPORT TO: TVP, Global Product Planning

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for the product plan and related activities for ductless product globally
2. Working knowledge of all product features and function, applications, cost, manufacturing processes, testing requirements agency approval requirements,
3. Implement product line strategies such as featurization, branding, line extensions, differentiation
4. FQP expert on competitive specifications and intelligence.
5. Serve as liaison for product planning to Global Sourcing organization for CIP
6. Provide technical support to Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure accurate specifications and presentation of products.
7. Maintain a data-base of PPA's and marketing information at FQP for all product lines
8. Work with sourced product suppliers to manage development and launch of sourced products
9. Identification of product line deficiencies and recommendations of product line addition through sourcing or internal development or adaption.

SKILLS/REQUIRMENTS:

1. Strong oral and written communication skills - English and Chinese
2. Microsoft office, adobe acrobat, microsoft project
3. College degree
4. Minimum 4 years in an engineering or marketing organization in HVAC industry.
5. Experience and market knowledge of HVAC products - Both ductless and ducted preferred
6. Strong project management skills
7. Leadership ability and strong interpersonal skills
