43 A market demand, a customer request, and a technological advance are examples of: 市场的要求，客户的要求，技术的要求都是____的例子。
A Changes to the project. 项目变更
B Reasons to initiate a project.启动项目的原因
C Components of a WBS.WBS构成部分
D Reasons to outsource the work.外包的原因

43 B The items listed might lead to changes, but they are not changes themselves, so choice A cannot be best. These items may be considered when creating a WBS, but they are not components of a WBS (choice C). A market demand (choice D) would not be a logical reason to outsource. 9 A The higher the benefit cost ratio, the better.选择成本收益率最高的。注意，中文翻译的是成本收益率，貌似成本除以收益，其实，英文是benefit cost ratio，即收益成本率，收益除以成本，因此，越大越好

题是真题，但是如何判断真正的答案呢？我的认识：真正按照项目去理解PMP。
2006年靠PMP前，曾与培训老师发生过较大分歧，模拟的时候成绩很不好。但是考试时，我所有项都是精通，而培训时很好的学生只有一两项精通。所以真正的去理解PMP，不要被培训师桎梏你的思想。
