HR functions HR职能 - In charge of the recruitment process and ensure to hire the best people at right value, able to identify potential problem candidates - Create, organize and maintain all personnel related files in an orderly and systematic manner - Keep track of all employee records including personal files, leave and benefits and ensure that such information is readily available and update - Arrange and conduct orientation program for new employee - Provide training of staff movement like confirmation, promotion, cessation etc. - Evaluate and analyze market data to understand the company’s pay positioning in China market - Administrate payroll and mandatory benefits system and ensure government requirements are met - Manage and ensure data accuracy of our compensation related information: census, salary, incentive etc. - Initiate in launching and coordinate to complete performance evaluation on time - Able to handle and solve disputes and terminations related to labour relations - Involve in reviewing of all policies and procedures, and advise line managers relating to HR policies, terms of employment and labour laws - Prepare and consolidate monthly census reporting & HR statistics
