Now we are searching a HR & Administration Manager for the client.

Since the company was founded in 1897, the headquarters and main manufacturing facilities have been located in Eltville on Rhine.

This client began with and focused on the development and production of fuses.

 

    目前我们正在为客户搜寻一位人事行政经理。

JOB DESCRIPTION 工作描述:

 

Profile 状况            The Client’s Shanghai Office has an immediate opening for an HR & Admin Manager in China, based in the company’s Shanghai Office. This will be a

                             permanent position.

Main Tasks主要职责:

 

-          Handle the full function of HR related issues

-          Actively work with employees to optimize organization efficiency by delivering professional HR services and providing HR solution

-          Monitor a full spectrum of administrative duties

-          Liaise closely and follow up with external partners related to HR and Admin issues

-          Internal & external communication and handle affairs on behalf of the company in a professional and mature manner on HR and Admin related duties

-          Other jobs as advised by MD

 

 

-          处理与HR相关的所有事务

-          监理所有行政职责

Details of Works 工作详述

 

HR functions  HR职能

-          In charge of the recruitment process and ensure to hire the best people at right value, able to identify potential problem candidates

-          Create, organize and maintain all personnel related files in an orderly and systematic manner

-          Keep track of all employee records including personal files, leave and benefits and ensure that such information is readily available and update

-          Arrange and conduct orientation program for new employee

-          Provide training of staff movement like confirmation, promotion, cessation etc.

-          Evaluate and analyze market data to understand the company’s pay positioning in China market

-          Administrate payroll and mandatory benefits system and ensure government requirements are met

-          Manage and ensure data accuracy of our compensation related information: census, salary, incentive etc.

-          Initiate in launching and coordinate to complete performance evaluation on time

-          Able to handle and solve disputes and terminations related to labour relations

-          Involve in reviewing of all policies and procedures, and advise line managers relating to HR policies, terms of employment and labour laws

 -      Prepare and consolidate monthly census reporting & HR statistics

Administration functions 行政职能

-          Assist in formulating and implementing company policies and regulations

-          In charge of office lease related matters, and manage the function of daily office administration, security system, equipment maintenance

-          Prepare budget, vendor sourcing and equipment procurement

-          Keep and manage all kind of files, handbooks and contracts related to HR and Administration issues

-          Liaise with lawyer and follow up all kinds of legal issues

-          Work together with external IT company to manage all IT issues effectively

Qualification & experience 条件和经验

-          University graduate and/or professional qualification in HR or equivalent

-          5-8 years of relevant working experience, preferably with international companies

-          Overall experience of working in human resources, including policy and procedure development, performance management, management and staff development

-          Up to date knowledge of China employment legislation

-          Ability to work on own initiative and be the only person with specialist knowledge in the organization

-          Good at developing relationships (including distant and cross culture relationships)

-          Able to persuade and negotiate with people to ensure that standards are met

-          Excellent written and oral communications skills in Standard Chinese (Mandarin) and English

-          Good organization skills

-          Good command of Microsoft office applications
