Job Title: Senior Accountant（上海）

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

1.  Responsible for account payables, receivables, operating expenses, cash and VAT management

2.  Prepare monthly, yearly financial statements (income statement and balance sheet) and reports to meet both Chinese and USA requirements

3.  Responsible for tax and accounting reports as required by the  local government

4. To assist in preparing tax reporting and payments to the local authorities.

5.  Responsible for accuracy of SAP financials and to be able to prepare financial statements for USA GAAP

6.  Ensure compliance to various local laws and regulations, financial policies and procedures of Grainger, USA

7.  Maintain accounting system and database of SAP R3

8.  Assist in the monthly, quarterly forecasting process and also in planning and reporting.

Preferred Education & Experience

1.       Qualified CPA.

2.       Have at least 8 years of accounting and supervisory experience in the finance and accounting department of a foreign wholly owned company or a foreign JV.

3.       Bilingual in both English and Mandarin.

Working Relationships:

• Reports to the Finance Director
