JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Software Development Group is the core engineering group that is responsible for design, developing, improving Company’s core architectural and product components. This is the key development group.
• Work closely with Product Marketing and Professional Services organizations to ensure that product visions are properly designed, implemented, and supported. • To develop the key product components for business critical, scalable, high performance web based enterprise and consumer application. • Lead other technical members of a distributed team to ensure successful implementation, deployments, and support of products on an on-going basis • Provide product, requirement, and guidance technical to the distributed team • Manage multiple products and projects, work well under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and possess a high level of flexibility.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of total experience in enterprise or consumer software development, including 2+ years as senior developer or team lead • A proven track record of successful product life cycle with focus on designing and coding • Experience in working with globally distributed teams • A diverse background in advanced software and hardware systems with emphasis on: 1. Web-based enterprise applications product management experience 2. Strong experience on online marketplace, exchange and search engine 3. J2EE based application development • Have following preferred technical skills 1. Object-oriented design 2. RBDMS design (specifically SQL Server) 3. N-tier architecture design and deployment 4. Quality assurance and control • A flexible attitude based on knowledge of real-world business requirements. • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. • A BSCS or BSEE is required.
