公司招聘一名HR Manager，工作地点在广东，月薪在20K以上，基本职责和要求如下：

Responsibilities:

- Full spectrum of HR functions covering both strategy and HR operations;

- Manpower planning and recruitment, C&B, HR Systems, Training and Development, Performance Appraisal, Payroll and Administration.

- Candidates must have strong exposure to HR management in large manufacturing operations.

- Exposure to working in China is essential.

Requirements:

- Degree / diploma holders from premier institutes. An MBA would be preferred.

- Have a minimum of 6 - 10 years of relevant experience and must be fluent in both English and Mandarin.

- Prior China experience will be preferred.

- Proven leadership and man-management skills; ability to adapt to rapid changes; strong business focus; a solution-oriented approach;

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; a positive, “can do” attitude; 24/7 availability; extremely high energy level and resourcefulness;

- The ability to maintain a sense of humor (and physical fitness) under demanding schedules and deadlines will be crucial for success in these roles.
