I would like to share from my first touch to the book in end 2005 to now, the "Good to Great" always go through my entire carrier.

I really like the good from First Who, then What to other chapters. I do the weekly meeting with the management team. The first topic for the meeting is to share "Good to Great" and then to other regular tasks review. My entire team is very excited to the progress.

I think if you are charging a new and growing company or the company meets many challenges from inside to outside after some years growth, you need the book.

I have the experience in the two types of companies as my mentioned as above so I can share it to all you. Please read it and use it. It will become a part of your company's culture and your thinking habit.

from the beginning  i got the book--<< from good to great >>,i never read it just because i got it from the person i don not like ,so i wonder if it will be helpful to my career or not? after reading all the comments so i decide to buy new one to read it and learn from it, thanks!!
