标题: [原创] 年轻人，你怕什么？
前段时间看了一部经典影片《卡特教练》，感触很深，也算是精神的又一次洗礼吧，从而也证实了我是一个年轻人（很多职场老手看俺们年轻人就像大学里大四看大一的一样）。入了职场，和学校差别有些大，我越来越没有以前洒脱，就像经典影片《卡特教练》中，卡特教练问“坏孩子"克鲁兹：年轻人，你怕什么？

影片最后从这个“坏孩子”口中给出答案：

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.

Your playing small does not serve the world.

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking

so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do.

It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously

give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear,

our presence automatically liberates others.

我们最怕的不是别人看不起我们

我们最怕的是我们前途无量

我们真正怕的是我们光明的一面，不是我们阴暗的一面

随波逐流者一世徒劳

没有努力就不会有成就

你身边的人也会因此为你自豪

我们都是前途无量

不光是我们，所有人都一样

让我们发挥潜能

我们身边的人自然而然的也会效仿

让我们自己从恐惧中解脱出来

我们的行为也能让他人解脱

这部影片很好!很多时候，我们的员工、孩子不是领导和家长想象的那样，很多事情我们都可以去争取，去改变！只是我们知道的太多，做得太少，当然我做得也不够好，我们在路上！

策划大师叶茂中说过：生活就像是一场战斗，谁都可能暂时失去勇气…… 男人就应该对自己狠一些！
