某电子行业外资公司招机械工程师-上海

机械工程师

Responsibility:

1. Ability to trouble-shoots and analyse plastic parts and moulding defects.

2. Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) for Plastics in particular, locations of parting lines, gates, ejector pins, mold flow, materials shrinkages etc.., and how it affect the product quality will have added advantage.

3. Experiences with Mechanical assembly, preferably for Printers, and ability to troubleshoot assembly issue, understanding and interpretation of mechanical tolerances and offer process or design solutions.

4. Able to interpret Mechanical drawings, specifications, mechanical tolerances.

Requirements:

1. University Graduate in Mechanical or Mechatronic disciplines,with knowledge of Mechanical toolings, Moulding, or sheet metal.

2. Minimun 3 Years of Experiences in the Manufacturing Environment with good hand-on experiences dealing with Mechanical Toolings for Plastic Parts and Sheet Metal parts.

3. Hand-on with CAD & Pro-E.

4. Ability to commuciate in simple English with Suppliers and Customers on technical issues in the areas of Plastics, sheets Metals, and Mechanical assembly issue.
