1、Use appropriate interviewing techniques and probing competency questions to assess candidates and analyze responses.
2、Be a resource and advocate of staffing processes and vision to HR and business partners.
3、Be a proactive, strategic partner with business groups to understand current needs and anticipate future needs and challenges.
4、Network, source, and direct recruit high quality individuals
5、Promote and sell company as an employer of choice to passive candidates.
6、Ability to plan, asses, and contribute to business plans as they relate to staffing needs.
Requirement:
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in HR related;
2、above 3 years working experience in recruitment in multinational company
3、rich experience in evaluating candidates is a plus;
4、Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex operating environment;
5、Strong communication skills, able to influence others;
6、Excellent in spoken and written English;
7、Motivated, results-driven personality, team player.
