新书又来了，这次带给家人的是2005年刚出版的有关于商业流程外包的书，除了一点作者的实践经验以外，也提出了一些业内的新思想。篇幅不长，我想可以适合没有太多耐心看原版书，但希望了解更多动态的家人们。

P.S. 我一直为家人提供原版书的目的是让家人能够以最小的代价得到国外最新的知识，毕竟中国人还不那么富有。对于这么一本好几十美元的书，不是那么多人可以消费的起的。所以请大家用于正道，如果发现有人用于商业用途，我会很伤心，也发誓不会在贴新的书了。希望家人可以理解我的心情和我的目的，谢谢！
