Job Responsibilities

1.FP&A: Complete annual planning,quarterly rolling forecast and monthly financial analysis on a regular basis, Analysis included project cost, production cost analysis and variances, trend analysis,P&L etc.
2.Perform business and financial analysis of financial reports and data, prepare analytical reports and provide analysis to support management decision making.
3.Control Actual vs. Budget,especially Control Product Cost and expenses,verify the abnormal cost and expenses incurred proactively, advise to related departments.
4.Familar with Standard costsystem, update the costing system on a regular basis, complete monthly CO closing and analysis.
5.Internal process continous improvement, Conduct regular internal monitor on purchase, receiving, inventory and production control procedures.
6.Responsible for risk identification and risk management,such as business risks,tax issues, Bad debt, obsolete stock, markets and competitors risks etc.
7.Management and maintenance of financial system architecture to relating to control function and to general finance areas;
8.Provide training to related teams on stocktaking and other cost control measures;
9.Other assignment from superior in OTC and HQ;

Qualification Requirements

1.Bachlor degree or above in the field of accounting,finance or related major.Intermediate or above accountant qualifacation certificate
2.5+ years working experience in the field of financial management;Intermediate or above accountant qualifacation certificate.
3.To be familiar with finance analyis, finance management, budget management, acquired time management skill.
4.Well acquainted with enterprises operation and financial system.
5.Have knowledge concerning capital operation.
6.Good chinese and english expression skills.
7.Skilled in use of office and financial softare.
8.Filling with a sense of obligation, exhibit great independence in work, with strong ability of learning, clear thinking, strong capacity in communication and coordination. Possessing spirit of team work.

Job Title|Financial Analyst
Location |Shanghai
Responsibilities

1. Create annual budget and quarterly forecasts for GS&S department expenses in Greater China based on communications/coordination with various managers in GS&S.
2. Reconcile GS&S headcount plan with Asia HR Manager.
3. Review rolled-up department expense plan with MVSD GS&S Director.
4. Attend (via phone/video conference) quarterly financial review meetings with CEO and CFO to answer questions about plan.
5. Provide explanations for monthly actual vs. plan and proactively address any areas of overspending.
6. Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and service agreement invoices for China WFOE.
7. Perform credit assessments for new customers and adjust credit terms for existing customers as needed.
8. Prepare daily and monthly MVSD Sales Reports for Greater China, including daily/monthly bookings reports and monthly bookings forecasts.
9. Coordinate Technical manager for internal equipment management and perform audit of internal equipment distributed in China.

Qualification Requirements

1. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
2. Strong problem solving skills with sound business judgment and ability to communicate with management.
3. Fluent in written and spoken English.
4. Strong systems skills (Excel, budgeting software, CRM systems).
5. Demonstrated initiative working with minimal supervision on complex assignments.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic growth environment.
7. Finance degree, CPA is plus.
8. +5 years of experience in multinational corporation ,High-tech company experience referred.
9. 3+ years of work experience in FP&A role preparing budgets/forecasts and analyzing actual results vs. plan.

1.Manages entire developing and production quality assurance activities.-Production quality indicator monitoring program - Assures ongoing production reliability meets and exceeds certification requirements

5.Blackbelt certified.

Job Title|Sr. NPI Process Manager
Location |Wuxi
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Manage and Mentor a group of process engineers to transfer the process from worldwide sites to Wuxi
2.Work with product development, Process development team and cross functional team to ensure both new product manufacturing flow and upstream manufacturing processes meet DFM and DFA objectives.
3.Responsible for utilizing Talent Management strategy and tools to assess, develop, and improve the talent competencies. Perform performance review and regular follow-up w/group members including setting and reviewing personal objectives and individual development plan. Recruit, coach and provide training to his team members.
4.Develop and maintain roadmaps to support new Process introduction and business growth plans.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

3.Previous experience in process transfer/development for Semiconductor packaging, Optics industrials would be a promote plus
4. In-depth understanding on the equipment and process of adhesive application, solder, Reflow, eutectic die attach, wire bonding, Laser welding and alignment etc.
5. Knowledge and experience in transitioning manual and small-batch production to high volume through automation
