To zhongcheng, although you are not my boss, I am still quite happy to answer your questions. Do you know why, because it is due to the different management and study style.

To zhongcheng. 你知道人有哪些追求吗?

Music, sex, dogs, horses.

Money, power, reputation (honour)'

which one do you need?

After understand these characters. how can we control these people like u?

The answer, you should tell me please

come on. let us cooperate with together to find out the real answer.

tell us your experiences and approaches of how to manage these people in terms of their different requirements.

寡无欲朋友,你不是说写英文是为了节约时间吗,为什么又有中文,这岂不是又浪费时间。

People do something because he get the payback, he will do more than expected only because he believe will get more too.

Managers always get things done though subordinates or resources around them.

So he need to know or try to understand what people need.

How to understand? There are so many books try to answer this question.

What to give your subordinators? Managers should try to get and balance the resources(Not only the physical ones).

Chongcheng's answer is the result after management effort, if a good managerial system is in place, then things will running smoothly and will come out of good performance. The worse result is prople alway complain the management teams...

All are good points from different view...

To be managers or who want to be should be good at listening and try to understand what people want and what they want to say.

人的需求表面上有很多,也有层次之分。除了一些基本生理需求外,所有的需求都可以归结为做个重要人物。

其实这个需求和生理都有关,弗洛伊德的著作有解释。

You should answer my question firstly, and then question my language and my communication skills secondly.

First of all, I insist that writing points in English would be a better way for me to save the time.

Secondly, i do not want to argue with you. In order to make someone understand what I mean better, I should use more precisely language to describe. As you know. I do not think that English would be precise in some aspects.

Thirdly, Of course, I am not native speaker, in some cases,I definitely do not know how to find a suitable approach to describe something better.

有时候, In some particular cases, 表达用英文不过瘾

Please do not turn our points to which language would be better for communication.

This is not our business, is not it?

Carry on. To answer my question straightly! If you can understand how to answer it.

No no no. To be a great man?! Everyone needs or hopes to be a great man? What do you mean?

I personally do not think so that.

I strongly diagree with that. How could you expect that you can manage people well?

From my point of view, humans' essential requirements are absoutely different.

我从来没有觉得,人解决了基本生理需要,就会有更高的要求。 Someone never has not much higher requirements. They just want to do what they like to do without any specific aims. However, as a manager, we should understand what they want essentially, not just surfacely.

Do you know my mean?

弗洛伊德的著作有解释。 I know that. unfortunately, the theory just tells us one aspect, not the whole picture.
