[原创]离职员工再回来，还要不要???

    很多企业面对这样的困惑，有离职员工要求再回企业来上班,到底要不要?是好马不吃回头草，还是再给一次机会?很多企业都难免会遇到这样的情况，那么,求教各位大大，离职员工回来，我们究竟要还是不要?

我认为你首先得看他离职的原因是什么？如果是出卖了你再回来，我是不会要；如果是其他原因可以考虑一下。不知道你看过 钻石王老五的艰难爱情没？其中孟皓的原来出卖他的下属新创了一家公司，孟皓打败他后又收了他，而且还是当做心腹一样。

觉得你说的这个，让人感觉，人与人之间仿佛很多都只是利益关系，明明被出卖，还因为对方有用而收回。

这个想法只是看到表面现象的想法哈

其实回不回来就是一句话的事情   

但是回来前跟回来后是否会与以前一样用人才是关键

单位用人用谁多是一样用   无论老人还是新人

我相信每一个出去的人   提出来想回来  也需要相当的勇气及长时间的思考

我的想法是:可以回来,但是需要正式的谈一下   也就是明确一下回来的主要原因及其以后工作的重点及授权

当然我个人是及其反对二进宫的人   也就走可以回来一次  但是第二出走再回来是绝对不可能的事情

个人与组织之间  我选者后者   

没有什么事情总会企业向员工低头  如果一个员工一点自尊都没有  必须充分考虑二进宫对组织的影响

至于个人    我想能二进宫的      无论什么原因  我都不会接受

最起码的一点   这个人很不成熟    反复不定

沟通在工作中很重要     如果总拿离职做代价  我想这样的人到那里都不会受欢迎

我觉得要看具体的情况。原则上是如果公司目前缺这样的人才，且其本人也不是很过分，则是可以考虑的。其他的我认为还是不要为好。这样的人再回炉，或许副作用会更大，从好的方面讲，可能会更珍惜这个机会，更好地工作，毕竟可能是在外面混不下去了才回来。但从另一个方面讲，也可能是一个“老鼠屎”反而对现在团队产生不良的情绪影响。

主要看这个职位到底需要什么样的人了，侧重点在哪里；

只要能创造价值，估量一下不会给公司造成大损失的，我看还是继续用，重新找一个还不一定那么快上手。

如果是想换血，那么就别要了。

关于这样的事情，我个人认为，应该辩证的去看待，离职的员工，并不一定不可以再用的，关键看你企业需要什么样的人才了，用人要看多方面的，有德有才的，当然可以再用。
