Thanks for the effort of the writer!My personal opinion: It will be much better if they can prove below information:

1.The map of its geographic postion!

2.The layout of the warehouse!

3.From the article,we know that this warehouse have limited processing capacity on textile goods instead of other goods!This will limit its function!

4.More points on operation and profitiablity should be mentioned here!
