想请教，什么是 RR Order ？

近日在看国外的TOC文章时（关于DBR的），遇到一个" RR order ", 不知如何翻译与理解，向高手请教！

上下文：

  One of the necessary conditions for offering successfully RR orders is being able to maintain close to 100% reliability of the regular orders.

－－－－是不是指 reliability regular order ?

  。。。。。

Determining the release dates for the RR orders and other orders that take advantage of the reserved capacity.

  －－－－上面提到了 and other orders ，就是说有RR订单 和 非RR订单。

看到最后明白了，应该是指Rapid Response Order, 快速响应订单。
