1.Quality Engineer (IQC & OQC)-增强型显示器

Work Experience
• Minimum 5 years in LCD/EMS manufacturing, preferably with automatic robot development, application and maintenance experience

Skills and knowledge
• Strong communication and problem solving skill
• With mfg process know-how, and familiar with process sustaining
• Familiar with shop-floor system and SAP
• With knowledge of 6 sigma, SPC, DOE process, FMEA, and Control Plan
• Demonstrated ability of multitask, and initiative for the improvement with mini guidance
• ISO knowledge and continual improvement concept
• Good verbal and written communication capability in Mandarin and English

2.Process Engineer-增强型显示器

Education Background
• Bachelor Degree, with major in science or engineering
Work Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality and supplier management, preferably in multi-national company.
Skills and knowledge
• In-depth knowledge and practice in IQC or SQE, OQC or customer service, and familiar with Quality tools.
• Open, willing to learn attitude, can influence others and also open to new things and ideas.
• Strong communication and problem solving skill. Be able to coach, handle and resolve inter-personnel conflicts.
• Willing to work and get result through team working.
• ISO9001 and 6-Sigma work experience.
• Willing to travel both in China and overseas
• Good verbal and written communication capability in Mandarin and English

3.Technology manager

Job description:

To manage a technical organization consisting of ATOs (engineers assistant to operation) and Lab (development, analytical and QC) groups that support two plant sites.  The job function includes but not limits to the followings:

1. To develop a capable technical organization that can fulfill the business needs of new product development as well as routine support to operations
2. To lead the technology organization to achieve its COTs (**core values, process upgrades and product improvement….)
3. To function as the major contact person to convert the market requests to functional technical tasks and supervise the completion of product development requests. 
4. To participate the effort of leverage technical resources/capability globally, and facilitate the technology transfer from other technical organizations within the corporation to GZ and Hubei.
5. To supervise the function of AP regional product stewardship for Surface Business and approve the MSDS in SAP system for AP region.

Requirements
1. Education: MS or higher degree of chemistry or chemical engineer
2. Have industrial and new product development experiences
3. Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
4. Self motivated and can function independently and efficiently
5. Honest and creditable
