<p align="center">2006中国人力资源社区网站现状分析</p><br/><p align="center">&nbsp;&nbsp;作者&nbsp;&nbsp;一斩登</p><br/><br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 伴随着blog的兴起，WEB2.0概念在全世界范围内火暴流行，国内的社区网站也如雨后春笋般的成立起来。物以类聚、人以群分，人力资源从业者，作为一个专业群体，同时也作为职场人士的代言人，也越来越多的通过人力资源社区网站聚合到一起。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;本文以人资堂社区网站（ <a href="http://www.hrtown.com/" target="_blank">http://www.hrtown.com</a> ）提供的最新人力资源社区调研报告为参考，结合本人对互联网社区的长期观察，初步对中国人力资源社区网站的现状做一个整体分析。<br/><br/>一、人力资源社区分类：<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;从整体而言，人力资源社区分为三类：专业社区、专业版块、私密社区。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;专业社区，是指整个网站以人力资源管理为核心、以人力资源从业者的关注点进行展开的独立网站。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;专业版块，是指由综合性或非人力资源从业者为核心的网站中，单独开辟的人力资源专业领域的版块。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;私密社区，是指以人力资源从业者为核心，不对外公开的私密网站或俱乐部。通常靠群体内部人士推荐，或设定一些特定的加入条件方可成为会员。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;专业社区的代表网站有：人资堂社区网站、中国人力资源开发网、中国人力资源网、HR管理世界、中国人力资源沙龙、人力资源星空、新人资、中国人力资源管理论坛、HR民间论坛、中国人力资源博客网、HR三人行论坛、中国人力资源论坛等（详见附件表格）。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;专业版块的代表网站有：西陆社区人力资源管理版块、世界经理人人力资本论坛、栖息谷人力资源版块、阿里巴巴人力资源论坛、天涯人力资源社区、雅虎人力资源社区、SOHU人力资源社区、育路教育人力资源社区、全球商人社区人力资源论坛、西祠胡同人力资源论坛、新浪职场风云论坛。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;秘密社区，为保持其私密性，本文不再详细描述。<br/><br/>二、代表网站<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;人力资源社区类网站的发展侧重点分为两种模式。一种是传统的编辑整理内容、侧重资讯，另一种是用户整理内容、侧重交流。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;侧重资讯的人力资源社区的代表网站为中国人力资源开发网，<a href="http://www.chinahrd.net/" target="_blank">http://www.chinahrd.net</a> 。中国人力资源开发网最大的特色是HR资讯。要了解人力资源领域的资讯信息，上中国人力资源开发网肯定是首选。中国人力资源开发网同时也推出了即时通讯工具，不过使用者甚少。总体上讲，中国人力资源网在社区互动方面比较薄弱，更符合资讯门户的定义。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;侧重交流的人力资源社区的代表网站有人资堂社区、中国人力资源沙龙、人力资源星空、中国人力资源博客网。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;人资堂社区，<a href="http://www.hrtown.com/" target="_blank">http://www.hrtown.com</a> 。人资堂最大的特色是共享资源。社区内有大量的HR资料可以免费下载。人资堂社区为HR提供免费的网络硬盘服务，注册即送50M，支持最大100M的单个文件储存。通过参与等级的提升，最大可扩充为3G的空间，网络硬盘内的资源可以根据要求设置共享。人资堂社区拥有网络硬盘、博客、书签、相册、虚拟商城、论坛等各项特色功能，每个会员都可以拥有自己的个人特色域名。总体来讲，人资堂的功能设计得比较全面，并且都是免费的。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;中国人力资源沙龙，<a href="http://www.hrsalon.org/" target="_blank">http://www.hrsalon.org</a> 。中国人力资源沙龙最大的特色是组织线下的会员聚会，目前已经在国内多个城市成立了下属组织。新近开通了人力资源专业博客，发起成立了中国人力资源日。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;人力资源星空，<a href="http://www.hrqq.com/" target="_blank">http://www.hrqq.com</a> 。人力资源星空的最大特色是QQ群。通过QQ群和论坛的互动来促进HR从业及爱好者之间的交流。同时人力资源星空社区里的热心参与者均有机会成为社区的决策管理者。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;中国人力资源博客网，<a href="http://www.hrblog.net/" target="_blank">http://www.hrblog.net</a> 。中国人力资源博客网为人力资源从业者提供专业博客服务。中国人力资源博客网是国内开通博客服务最早的一家人力资源社区网站。中国人力资源博客网同时也提供论坛服务。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;其他人力资源专业社区以及专业版块，基本都是以提供论坛服务为主。<br/><br/>三、现状分析<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 综合分析人资堂社区提供的人力资源社区调研表（见附表）中的各个人力资源社区网站，可以发现，专业的人力资源社区网站比综合性及非人力资源为核心的网站的人力资源版块更具有生机，给予HR从业者更好的用户体验。包括新浪、搜狐、阿里巴巴在内的大型网站巨头，在人力资源专业版块建设方面，没有丝毫竞争力优势。甚至阿里巴巴的人力资源版块将要被撤消。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;国内人力资源专业领域比较发达的地方依次为北京、上海、广东。本次调研共列出了60个人力资源社区，其中所在地在上海的网站有10个，所在地在北京的网站有18个，所在地在广东的网站有9个，此三个地方占全国人力资源社区网站总数的61.67％。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;随着互联网的发展，建立一个网站、特别是建立一个论坛的成本越来越低，于是出现大量新生的人力资源社区论坛。由此带来一个最大的问题就是论坛的同质化特别严重。访问任何一家人力资源论坛，看来看去都是同样的文章。这种发展趋势，无疑给HR从业者带来诸多选择上的困惑，同时也造成大量的资源重复和浪费。选择成本的提高，在一定程度上会阻碍人力资源社区的有序发展。不过另一方面，竞争环境的加剧，有利于HR从业者获得更多免费实用的资源，同时也会促进优秀的人力资源社区认真的面对用户需求，不断提升服务。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;群，特别是QQ群的活跃度给人力资源社区带来强大的冲击。如何把握这种资源，成为一个重大的课题。互动社区的建立和发展，绝不可能忽略即时交流群的地位。人力资源星空社区是否能够在群的领域持续下去并获得突破性发展，有待进一步观察。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;人力资源专业博客起步较晚，新兴的web2.0元素，比如播客、wiki、sns、tag等在人力资源专业人群里的应用基本上还属于空白。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;总体而言，国内人力资源专业社区目前正处于一个发展的无序阶段，究竟是现在的谁、或者是哪个新生网站会在将来的竞争中成长壮大，都还是难以确定的，有待时间的验证。<br/><br/>四、发展展望<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;在国内互联网领域火爆发展的今天，社区被誉为未来互联网的发展方向。人力资源社区也必将在其中占据一片天空。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;从专业性、用户体验、群体独立性等角度来分析，未来人力资源社区的发展走向，必然是专业人力资源社区独领风骚。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;一个网站或社区的发展，关键是要能抓住用户的真实需求。一般而言，HR从业及爱好者的需求不外乎如下几点：1、行业资讯；2、经验交流、3、交朋结友、4、寻求帮助、5、学习提高。由HR的需求出发，可以明确：资讯类网站、资料下载站、培训网站、即时交流、线下聚会等几种形式的人力资源社区模式将会保持持续的发展势头，而单纯的论坛社区，将由于竞争的日趋激烈而逐渐被淘汰。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;人力资源社区的明天是美好的，可以预见，在并不久远的将来，一定会有优秀的网站会逐步发展壮大，成为广大的人力资源从业及爱好者的精神家园。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;最后借用一句口号：<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;21世纪最宝贵的是什么？是人才！<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;21世纪是HR世纪！
