水无常规,“文化”无定律,每个公司有每个公司的作派,大可不必这样套来套去,还是那些老生过常谈的方法,这样还不如不谈,相信日常管理中,能坐上那个位置的人这些问题都会考虑到,还用这个时候拿出来说么?

<p>这个思路主要考虑的是“应该”,逻辑正确。 但是我们在企业文化咨询的时候,解决的是“能”,企业能够实施。&nbsp; 在中国企业,因为股权治理结构、企业外部环境等原因,“应该做的”和“能做的”往往相差很远,如果只谈“应该”,不考虑实际“能”的话,实施起来比较困难。 </p>
