很多的工作狂确实是一种心理疾病,但也存在部分精神疾病,如强迫症,我就遇到过一个老板,他说,我晚上不去办公室,就绝对失眠,后来经过检查,他确实患有强迫症。此外,一些心脑血管疾病也容易引发固执、强迫等症状,体应在部分群体,可能就会表现为工作狂。多一份爱心、关心周围人的健康,也是关心自己的健康。

<p>记得刚参加工作的时候,一个同学说他们公司的加班风气很浓,而他的组长是个天生的工作狂,十多年过去了,他公司的加班情况已经很少了,但是他的那位组长依旧还是工作狂。</p><p>其实,真是工作狂并非环境所迫,也不是心理有问题,而是性格的问题,甚至可以说是天生的。江山易改本性难移,要改变这些工作狂很难,那种慢条斯理心里治疗基本无效,到是一些偶发事件、一个打击能够突然改变。</p><p>对于一些工作狂的领导,要改变是很困难的,现实有时也并不允许。比较可行的是让这些领导认识人的工作方不尽相同,工作狂并不是最好的工作方式,而最重要的是不要完全把自己的要求、自己的价值观强加给企业和员工,要有所选择,要控制自己,弄明白管理的问题往往是管理者自身的问题所造成的。</p>
