<p>这个执行方案是需要全公司自上而下一系列动作来支持的,相应,行为也必须被分解到公司各个别层级和各个部门。。</p><p>如果企业处于第二阶段,生存成功却没有核心竞争力,而企业内部对企业文化根本就意识不深,又如何开展工作??</p>
