公司人性化管理和制度化管理哪个更好?

<p>同意二楼的说法。在创业初期,人性化管理占很大的比重,这时候企业只有一些框架性的制度,还谈不上制度管理;随着企业规模的不断扩大,经营慢慢步入正轨,制度也跟着不断的完善,这时候制度化管理开始被提到企业议事日程上来;当企业发展到一定规模,制度化管理会变得很迫切,因为此时单靠人性化管理和企业领导的魅力已无法适应企业发展的需要,企业的发展壮大,迫切需要相关的规章制度来支撑。需要提一点的是制度管理必须科学系统考虑,千万不要让制度成为“墙上的文化”中看不中用。对于中国大多数民营企业来说,人性化管理从来不怕没有市场,最缺乏的还是制度化管理。</p>

<p>从公司基业长青的角度出发,制度管理永远是第一位的,世界级知名企业的以人为本也是建立在良好的制度管理的基础之上的,以人为本和人性化管理并不是放任自如,也不是不需要制度管理,人性化管理与制度管理并不存在予盾,如果有,那是你误解了,在任何时间,制度管理都要严谨求实,原则性的东西不能变,但要辅助其他一些动作细节来补充显示人性化管理,如违反制度了你一定要处罚,但是你可以在平时采用一些人性化的东西,比如圣诞搞活动,以总经理名义给员工写慰问信感谢信,给员工举办生日会等,其实制度化管理是硬,人性化管理就是软,两方面要结合,但并不会冲突!</p>
