综合来看,还是觉得这个业务员有问题。如果其真正对客户负责且时间观念极强,则应该不会因为没有专车而耽误合同,方法很多:合理安排车辆,提前出发,打的等等,为什么不这样去作。只是强调客观,那怎么会有几万红军打垮几百万的国军!

<p>我认为是业务员的问题,配车不是完成工作的必要条件,科学安排时间,提高效率才是最重要的.</p><p>副总在对业务员时不愠不火,处理的很得当.你没有充足的理由,我为什么要同意.</p><p>还有在组织的变革时,老的业务员已经跟不上步伐了.公司在发展,靠以前粗放的管理模式肯定是行不通的,新来的这个副总在组织结构,决策流程方面都制定的很好.你下面的人不执行的话,那公司那会有改变.</p><p>另外,这个正总也有处理不当的地方,该是你管的才去管,如果都已经分好责,权,利了.你什么事情都还要插一脚,你怎么树立其他人的权威和地位.</p>

<p>上述发言代表了几种不同的观点,仁者见仁,智者见智,非常好。</p><p>这是案例是发散型的,就是没有给出太多翔实的背景材料。</p><p>职业化员工低级的需求满足也好,没有满足也罢,反正现实中的企业如此的事情,比比皆是。</p><p>麦肯锡的人现在不坐公交车了,但是很多甚至国内的大企业的人员还是要挤公交车,这就是现实。</p><p>但辩论停留在这一点是不太充分的,更多的我们要看从对话中透露出的潜台词。这是一个发生在我身上的一个真实的事情,只不过春秋笔意,在背景材料和人物上做了一些调整。</p><p>再次谢谢大家对本案例的关注。</p>
