<p>好久没有人支持了啊,我再顶下,今天刚刚从广东办课回来,100多人听了我们办的班,呵呵,不过我们也受益匪浅,关于竞业禁止企业提成了按照年头递减的说法,感觉很有道理,打算在第二次草案讨论的时候,我们把这个意见转达下:)</p><p>另外,关于终止给予补偿,基本可以说是定了,就是给多少,怎么给的问题了。</p>

<p>&nbsp;这是立法初衷,保护劳动者啊,草案在人大网提意见的,几乎都是企业。呵呵</p>
