mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt;">我们也在工作中强调“目标管理“。但是我们却出现了:高层领导很“盲”,中层领导很“茫”,基层员工很“忙”。盲来茫去,没有头绪,没有结果或是结果与预期背离。是“目标管理”的问题么?目标管理是主动性管理,不是甩手掌柜式的管理;是需要过程管理控制执行的管理,需要任务团队全员参与的管理。高层制定了目标,指引了方向,但是没有抓住过程,做起了甩手掌柜。当实际情况背离预期后,才去进行调整,为自己的失误寻找尽可能的借口,可损失的时间和资金谁来买单。在完善的奖惩机制前,就是格杀勿论,不能姑息这种不踏实的工作态度,这是变相的图财害命,屠掉了公司的资产,害掉了公司的命。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt;
