The area of managing your staff is the most inclusive because you have to be involved in thedaily activities of your staff.Based on this, one manager have to tell his or her staff that he is concerned about the rising tide of mediocrity, and your one of the important tasks everyday is to stop any questionsflowing into his office.
Dealing with staffing issues is where you spend most of the time and includes:
Valuating performance
Training and development
Selecting employees
Supervising and motivating
How to do?
Puting people in respective and includes
a, Anticipates problems and formulates step with them
b, Creates new and improved policies and procedures
c, Conceives of entirely new vectors for business
You donot only spend your time doing and planing and scaning your time indeveloping your personnel,but also you must coach them and supervise them finishing the job in time.
