外企办公室常用英语口语及电话用语

    你可能知道，在外企里混，英语口语一定要好。其实，在很多非外企亦是如此。比如一些有外贸业务的公司或销售部门等等。因此，学好外语，最好是掌握一些常用英语口语是非常必要的。以下有朋友为我们分享了外企办公室常用英语口语及电话用语。　　办公室里常用的英语口语：　　1. In the middle of something?正在忙吗?　　2. What are you up to?你正在做什么?　　3. Can you just give me a ballpark figure?能不能给我一个大概的数字.　　4. Bottom line: We have to turn into profit by 2011. 最重要的是: 我们必须在2011年前转亏为盈.　　5. The new CFO was sent to bring the company out of the red. 这位新的财务长被派来把公司从赤字中拯救出来.　　<外企office电话英语>　　1. ABC corporation. May I help you? ABC 公司, 我能帮你什么吗?　　2. And you are? 你是?　　3. I'll put her on the phone. Just a second.我会请她听电话, 请等一下.　　4. Would you mind holding for one minute?你介不介意稍微等一分钟啊?　　5. He's out for lunch.
