<p><font color="#000000"><b>职位：</b><b> Lean Six Sigma MBB</b></font></p><p><font color="#000000"><b>工作职责：</b><b></b></font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">1、Establish advanced Lean & six sigma strategy, training and growth plan for company China manufacturing and suppliers</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">2、Lead plant APQP and program launch, Top CTQ flow down, QFD, design matrix development , MSA and capability studies with engineering quality team.</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">3、Lead six sigma & lean manufacturing GB, BB training (DMAIC, DFSS) and mentor projects for company internal team and suppliers</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">4、Working with company internal team to identify top quality issue in QIP process and set up annual six sigma project review matrix and reward system</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">5、Understand our customer expectation in diverse industry, doing gap analysis and set up solid training plan to meet this expectation</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000"><b>任职要求：</b><b></b></font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">1、Bachelor degree in statistics or engineering related background.</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">2、At least 5 years experience in quality field and 3 years experience in Lean & six sigma function in multinational company, world class lean sigma company in automotive or aerospace industry will be preferred. </font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">3、BB certificate</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">4、Be very familiar with the advanced tools such as DMAIC, DFSS, DOE, SPC, MSA</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">5、Be familiar with automotive APQP/PPAP and AIAG 5 manual is required</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">6、Strong class teaching experience for both in Chinese and English</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">7、Strong project management, communication and presentation skills</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">8、Be flexible and prioritize base on tasks and assignment</font></p>
