I suggest you should try your best to choose a good boss when you are going to work in the company. Sometimes it is very difficlut to do because of the objective environment.So it is just my suggestion. Your chances of sucess are much greater with an intelligent, achieving boss than an incompetence one. (you will have more good chances to reach success eaily when you are in a corporation with a good boss) You will have to face more troubles when you are in league with a marginal boss.(a bad boss) There are more rewarding things to do than jousting (fighting) with the bully boss.(the boss who likes teaseing or laughing at you)
Managing boss can increase your Personal effectives and prevent your boss, knowlingly or unknowingly, from blocking your progress or restricting you in the accomplishment of your objects.(stoping your progress) Thank you for your question. I am very interested in it.
