说的太好了!<br/>  企业内训师要成为专业的培训师,最关键是在于修炼和提升自己的能力,只有自己的能力提高了才能去做到育人啊!刘老师提出的十大培养能力言简意赅,深刻具体,形象生动,比较直面的解剖了这些能力的具体做法,对我们来说犹如醍醐灌顶,更好的为我之后的培训师道路指明了方向。现在企业间的竞争越来越体现为人才智力的竞争,越来越多的企业开始重视内训师队伍建设,内训师可以帮助新员工快速有效成长,这对于一个企业的发展是至关重要的。
