<div><strong> Qualifications for Windows Support(Located in Wuhan)</strong></div>
<div><strong><br/></strong>• Windows Operating System - Enterprise Server, and familiar with Desktop and OS<br/>• Basic Telephony awareness - Familiar with PBX, ISDN, DS1/DS3 etc. Ability to understand the Telephony Network.<br/>• Infrastructure Networking background - basic or better - Understanding WAN, LAN, VLANs, basic subnetting, cabling, VPN.<br/>• Can have familiarity versus well-versed background<br/>• Unix expertise <br/>• Team player, but able to function as standalone<br/>• Communication/Listening Skills…. Written and Verbal<br/>• Client-interfacing experience and proven skills in problem-solving/trouble-shooting in IT environments.<br/></div>

<div><strong>Qualifications for Mainframe<br/> <br/></strong> • Minimum 2 years experience providing support in a CICS, DB2 mainframe environment.<br/> • Skilled in Cobol programming language.<br/> • Demonstrated problem solving, resolution and performance monitoring skills.<br/> • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player. <br/> • Must have a positive attitude with a 'can do' approach to both day to day support and challenging new tasks. Must have a strong Customer focus.<br/> • Excellent English skills in writing & reading, strong English in oral communication<br/> • Sustain support and ITIL experience is preferable.<br/> • Able to work night shift<br/><strong> <br/> Qualifications for Lotus Support<br/> •</strong> 3+ years of experience in Lotus application(BS or CS) <br/> • Excel Lotus Script and JavaScript development<br/> • Familiar with Lotus Domino<br/> • Familiar with Share point<br/> • Having experience in Lotus application integration with other system such as SAP<br/> • Have conceptual knowledge of SOA & Web Services standards.<br/> • Fluent in English both spoken and writing<br/> <br/><strong> Qualifications for Directory Service<br/></strong> • Must have administrator experience in Directory. <div><strong>•</strong> Procurement/Data/Technical Analyst, Data Migration SME, SAP functional consultant, Local/Regional/Global Functional Coordinator,E2E, Security Basis, Deployment Project Manager, support manager ,MDM.<br/>• Strong Communication (phone and written)<br/>• Solid verbal and written English skills(Must)<br/>• Manage time and commit to deadlines agreed with customer<br/>• More than one year SAP ERP Experience(FI/CO,MM,SD,PS); experience on SAP/ERP migration projects.<br/>• Familiar with accounting process(Balance sheet, P&L, Invoice etc)/Procurement Process(Purchasing, Delivery, Invoice etc.)<br/>• Experience on configuring SAP and documenting requirements(nice to have)<br/>• 1-5 years in ERP project support role or in like roles/businesses.(nice to have<br/>• ABAP Experience (nice to have)<br/>• SAP Techno-functional skills(nice to have)</div>
