[原创]如何拒绝员工开收入证明的要求？

员工要买房子，想让公司开收入证明和公司不提供分配房子福利的证明，还需要给他的一些文件盖章，这个员工所在的岗位属于流动性很大的岗位，领导当然不希望给开，要用什么理由拒绝既合情又合理呢？

<p>恩，开收入证明对公司没有影响，但对员工买房有很大影响，不开具证明，由此可能丧失员工原本的忠诚，从利益上从到道义上都没有理由不开具证明。</p>
<p>员工找我公司来开局证明的时候，我从没想过拒绝。</p>

For the position, if you only write his basic salary on the recommendation letter, it's not any meaning. So normally your employees will ask you put the overtime, bonus, etc to the letter. Maybe you know the detail, but out of your company, who knows. So don't mind for these cases, just do you should do. It's a win-win.
