很多行业的市场格局是依赖竞争参与者犯错来改变的,如三鹿事件,三元的份额就扩大了,这是千载难逢的大机遇,还有很多小的,关键卖场一个竞争者员工得罪了卖场主管,这就是个机会,会影响这个区域的市场比例。楼主总结中分析了问题,但似乎忘了这个环节。
