<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: ''; mso-hansi-font-family: ''">但是我这个专题讲两个问题:第一个是情商和智商的平衡;第二是如何挑选情商高的管理人才。但实际我还有一个问题没有谈到就是企业真正需要的是全脑型人才,也就是智商和情商平衡的人才。这个我以后再谈,因为全脑型人才和偏脑型人才是两种对于人才的不同认识,偏脑型人才可求,而全脑型人才难得。一般而言,我们会选择偏脑型人才,然后将其适配,并通过培训和工作将他们塑造成近似全脑型人才。这个原则是每一个人人力资源管理者应该理解的。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%"><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
