color: rgb(175, 36, 21); text-decoration: none; ">王佑</a>老师，我曾经看过他总结的《结构化思考，图形化表达》的课件，并且在博客里也提供了<a href="http://pptdesign.blogbus.com/logs/29569098.html" target="_blank" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; list-style-type: none; list-style-position: initial; list-style-image: initial; color: rgb(175, 36, 21); text-decoration: none; ">下载</a>，Garr的招牌和行内人的翻译让我毫不犹豫的买下了此书，虽然比较贵，59元。认真拜读之后将读后感汇报如下：<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; list-style-position: initial; list-style-image: initial; "/>当然这只是我个人的看法，可能是对这本书的期待太高而吹毛求疵了，编辑出于商业化考虑取个功利的名字也是可以理解，至少“演说之禅”这个译名比台湾的“简报艺术2.0”要好。<br style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; list-style-type: none; list-style-position: initial; list-style-image: initial; "/>由于时常关注Garr的博客，所以书中大多数的观点对我来说早已接受，并不新鲜，这本书讲述的内容也并不是技术指导类的，而是思想，从这点上来说，很有点禅的味道，这也是我喜欢Garr的地方，他总能带给我很多启发，“技是末”，从思想上改变才是重要的。已经熟练掌握PPT操作的读者阅读本书能从境界上提升，而初学者也可以通过这本书为将来制作PPT留下思考的空间。<br style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; list-style-type: none; list-style-position: initial; list-style-image: initial; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; list-style-type: none; list-style-position: initial; list-style-image: initial; "/>由于PPT强大的功能和现在各类信息的泛滥，我们制作PPT的时候往往有太多的选择，比如大多数的PPT爱好者在制作自己的文件时，烦恼的不是没有模板，而是怎样在网上众多的模板中选一个。这样就从根本上忽略了演示的真正要素。而我自己来说，现在每当打开PPT的时候，老想着怎样才能更不寻常些呢？这些都是庸人自扰的问题，需要约束自己，将问题的焦点放到演示意义的本身上来。<p style="margin-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; list-style-type: none; list-style-position: initial; list-style-image: initial; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.6em; ">首先是作者是西方人，生活在日本，作者介绍里说他是日本禅宗的追随者，书中也确实流露出了很多日本审美的观点，如简约，留白，道法自然，日本庭院的见隐设计美学等，这些观点也许对西方人来说很新鲜，但对于我们东方人来说也许早已根深蒂固，在作者推崇介绍简单原则和删除多余设计的篇幅中，我就很自然的想起郑板桥的两句诗：删繁就简三秋树，标新立异二月花。<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; list-style-type: none; list-style-position: initial; list-style-image: initial; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.6em; ">其次是作者在介绍很多设计和演讲的原则时很多是引述其他人的观点，这些观点确实很精辟，也很概括，但总觉得还可以再深入些，指导性和可操作性还不够，比如讲设计演示步骤和提炼观点，我曾经在博客中介绍的 “<a href="http://pptdesign.blogbus.com/logs/29938970.html" target="_blank" style="margin-top: 0px; color: rgb(175, 36, 21); text-decoration: none; ">终极演示方法</a>”和小小的博客中介绍的“<a href="http://xiaoxiaosun1978.blog.sohu.com/108237314.html" target="_blank" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; list-style-type: none; list-style-position: initial; list-style-image: initial; color: rgb(175, 36, 21); text-decoration: none; ">制作有效presentation的简易快速指南</a>”这样的方法我觉得更有逻辑性，也更具有指导性和可操作性。<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; list-style-type: none; list-style-position: initial; list-style-image: initial; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.6em; ">还有就是作者的一些观点有点个人化，比如“一切从构思开始”作者强调一定要离开电脑，虽然我也喜欢用笔和纸开始最初的创意，但我认为这还是一个个人的习惯问题，每个人都会有自己产生创意的方式，我有个同事做PPT就喜欢先在页面上乱画乱做来寻找灵感，所以作者介绍的一些方法可以作为一种启发，但不能成为原则。<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; list-style-type: none; list-style-position: initial; list-style-image: initial; margin-bottom: 1em; line-height: 1.6em; ">当然，这本书还是我读过的最棒的一本系统讲述演示设计的书！它也许不可能改变目前PPT被滥用的现状，但它可以改变你！</div>
