<p>我最有体会的是</p><p>面向客户服务方面的技术人员的培训</p><p>的确是极其重要的</p><p></p><p>企业根据自身经营情况及商品或服务的特征</p><p>制定与之配套的培训</p><p>不仅能为企业提供长效的竞争能力</p><p>亦能为员工增加潜在的归属</p><p></p>

现在很多的培训比较空泛,主要还是看自己的领悟力与执行力

<p>站在企业长远发展的角度来说,培训是至关重要的,培训不是简单的学习。是保持组织与企业发展平衡的重要手段。建立学习型组织的要求,也是规避劳动争议发生 等重要的手段。</p>

<p>关于培训我也说两句</p><p>现在企业内部的培训更大意义上是对急需的知识的一种补充,是属于师傅领进门的一种培训.更深入更具体的学习一定需要本人花大气力去钻研的.</p><p>难道以为培训师在台上指手画脚一两天七八天就把所有的问题所有的疑难都解决吗?</p><p>如果那样的话,似乎问题解决得也太容易了点了呵呵</p><p>外部培训的道理也是一样的,外部培训可能更大意义上是引进一种观念,一种思路,在接受的前提下再自行组织学习或讨论等.难道非要把所有的责任都推到咨询师培训师那小小的肩膀上吗?</p><p>企业作为主体难道真的一点主观能动性都不发挥吗?</p><p>呵呵,个人观点</p><p>顺便说一句:我不是培训师咨询师.可能就是因为这种原因,导致现在培训前大肆宣传,培训中一片热闹,培训后销声匿迹呢.纠其原因,难道说培训师主要责任?呵呵</p>
