[原创]九月晨菊家的私房菜

<p>哈哈,看到这个活动,心痒,上中秋节那天晚上,偶和lg的晚餐。因为之前没想到有这样的一个活动,所以没有拍原料啊、过程啊什么的。只能上成品图了,大家将就着啊。看看偶的家常小菜。</p><p>首先是一张集体照,三菜一汤,简单的家常小菜。因为最近忙着装修房子,中秋那天虽然下着雨,但是还是奔波于建材市场之间。下午四点多回来,想着中秋佳节,而且好久没给老公煮饭吃了,但是又实在太累了,不想做太复杂,于是就有了这顿简单的中秋晚餐----蒜香鸡翅、白灼虾、腊肠炒荷兰豆、西湖莼菜羹</p><p></p><p>第一道菜:腊肠炒荷兰豆,呵呵,这个超级简单,就是蒜头下锅炒香,放下腊肠翻炒1分钟后,将豆子倒入锅内,迅速翻炒,适当加点水,翻炒后,起锅。(发现自己语言表达能力有问题,没词,汗)。最喜欢这道菜翠绿的颜色,翠翠的口感。<br/></p><p>第二道菜:蒜香鸡翅(本来想做茶香鸡翅,结果偷懒,汗,竟然连泡个茶也要偷懒)。这个做法也很简单。<span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">.大火烧开,翻动鸡翅,让其均匀着色,然后中火,收汁至差不多就可以了。</span><br/><br/>第三道:白灼虾:这个偶更没话说了,就是虾洗干净,锅里水加盐烧开,放虾,大火煮,直到虾变红,捞起来装盘,即可。</p><p></p><p>第四道:西湖莼菜羹(其实应该是汤,因为那天并没勾芡,不成羹):超市里买一包莼菜,回来,倒掉酸水,泡一会,洗掉酸水,备用;2、猪肉切丁,用地瓜粉抓匀,备用;3、汤锅加水烧开,加入莼菜,煮开;煮两三分钟后,加入抓好的肉丁,在煮开;调味,起锅。<br/><br/></p><p>当当当当,晚餐完工,开动。那天晚上,和老公把所有的才一扫而光,吃得幸福而滋润。</p>

腊肠炒荷兰豆和那个鸡翅我妈妈也常做,那个荷兰豆妈妈都用猪肉,我感觉楼主放腊肠可能更好吃
