<p align="center"><strong><font size="5">培训的目的</font></strong></p><p><font size="5"><strong>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><font style="FONT-SIZE: 20px;">&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr></font></strong></font><br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;<font style="FONT-SIZE: 20px;">作了多年的培训后,常常会受学员及企业的启发,思考一些本源性的问题。最近就重新思考这个问题:<u><font color="#0000ff">组织培训的根本目的是什么?</font></u></font></p><p><font color="#ff0000">&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr></font><br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;<font color="#000000" style="FONT-SIZE: 20px;">采取我惯用的“探究本源”的方法,得到一个结果:培训的根本目的就是——<font color="#ff0000"><strong>提升个人和组织的效能!</strong></font></font></p><p><font color="#000000" style="FONT-SIZE: 20px;">&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr> 那怎样才能实现呢?</font></p><p>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;<font style="FONT-SIZE: 20px;"><font color="#000000"><strong>一、发现问题</strong></font>:真正的培训第一步一定是诊断学员和组织的需求,以期发现问题。这个过程不应该是形式,而应该踏踏实实去执行。但现实中,部分受训企业、学员因为工作忙等原因不认真配合调查需求者常在;部分培训师也只是例行公事发个调查表,填完不看者常有。</font></p><p><font style="FONT-SIZE: 20px;">&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr> 以上情况即如:一个病人去看病,不向医生说实话;或一个医生让病人做了各项检查却根本不看检查结果。其结果可想而知!</font></p><p>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><strong>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr></strong><br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;<font style="FONT-SIZE: 20px;"><strong>二、解决问题</strong>:了解病情后,要针对性的进行培训,具体要考虑培训<u><em>时机、内容、形式和过程</em></u>。不要为了利益告诉学员或组织所有的问题都可以由培训来解决。</font></p><p><font style="FONT-SIZE: 20px;">&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>以上情况即如:一个医生不能为了提成,为病人开不需要的药、多开药、开贵药、开包治百病的药。此乃职业道德问题。</font></p><p>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;<font style="FONT-SIZE: 20px;"><strong>三、持续改进</strong>:若调查过程中发现,学员或个人并未到非要培训不可,那即可采取其他方式保持学员或组织的健康生存和发展。</font></p><p>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;<font style="FONT-SIZE: 20px;">以上情况即如:一个医生发现病人因疲劳出现亚健康状态,要他合理锻炼身体即可。</font></p><p>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr>&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><strong><font style="FONT-SIZE: 20px;">&nbsp;<wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr><wbr></wbr> 综上可见,要实现培训的根本目的,培训师能做的只有三点:</font></strong></p><p><strong><font style="FONT-SIZE: 20px;"><font color="#ff0000">发现问题、解决问题、持续改进!</font>无需长篇大论!</font></strong></p><p><strong><a href="http://blog.sina.com.cn/liubaigong"></a></strong></p>

发现问题公司并没有给你一个改进的环境也是白说,所以说您说的等于没说!还是您自己去总结吧,我也就看看!
