mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt;">是一套管理系统,或者称之为管理工具,它一定要给企业带来价值,但是需要带来哪些价值?体现在哪些具体的职能部门?哪些作业流程上?这个要界定清楚,需求看起来很宽泛,但需要细化分解到每一个可以执行的层面,只有将边界搞清楚了,实施才有目标,才有的放矢,才便于项目的最终验收。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt;"><p></p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 41.9pt; mso-para-margin-left: 3.99gd;"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt;">谈及时间管理,台湾顾问在时间上的确做到不错,提前有计划确认。但对于企业而言,配合实在是难以如愿。直至后来咨询方提高了顾问人天费用后才予以重视,这个对于我后来从事实施工作的计划性有很大的助益。——没有计划,就难以分清工作之轻重缓急,虽然计划跟不上变化,但计划一定要强化执行,尤其对于顾问方,一定要坚持与客户方确认,督促客户制定相应的考核制度以作保证!</span><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt;"><p></p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-LEFT: 41.9pt;
