FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">  作者:</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体"><SPAN lang=EN-US>Renzhuli<BR><BR></SPAN>  在国外看到国内的新产品,新发现的报道,本该满心欢喜才是。但实际上有时是忧心忡忡,有时是哭笑不得,有时是悲從中耒,有时则是满腔怒火。因为有的是报道失实,有意造假,自我吹嘘,骗取国家科学基金;有的是有意误导,欺瞒忽悠那些心地善良,但缺乏科学知识,易于轻信广告,名人,媒体,专家,学者的善良老百姓。五花八门,应有尽有!都是唯利是图昧着良心的宣传!如最近被炒得沸沸扬扬的蒙牛新产品<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>特伦苏<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>牛奶中的<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>造骨牛奶蛋白<SPAN lang=EN-US>” </SPAN>(<SPAN lang=EN-US>OMP</SPAN>)。几年前我曾研究与骨骼有关的课题,从来没有见到过<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>造骨牛奶蛋白<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>的报道,有关的国际学术会议上也没有听到过这方面的消息。如果是近一,二年来的新发现,恐怕连作用机制都来不及搞清楚,怎能这么快就用到人身上?后来从<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>新语丝<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>上读到方舟子等人的文章,质疑此造骨蛋白不是什么新发现的蛋白质,而是国内外都早已熟知的胰岛素样生长因<SPAN lang=EN-US>-1</SPAN>(<SPAN lang=EN-US>IGF-1</SPAN>),只不过给换了个名称而已。从他引用的梅方权教授的资料:<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>主要存在于血液中,大部分由肝脏合成。。。含有<SPAN lang=EN-US>70</SPAN>个氨基酸,分子量为<SPAN lang=EN-US>7649”</SPAN>。,我也认为它是胰岛素样生长因<SPAN lang=EN-US>-1</SPAN>。因为氨基酸数目和分子量数值都相同,一点不差,若非胰岛素样生长因<SPAN lang=EN-US>-1</SPAN>,那就是它的<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>同分异构体<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>了。这种可能性极小极小。在我多年的生物医学研究中,还从来没有碰到过。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">  质疑文章登出已一个月余,有的报纸记者还采访过蒙牛公司和它的首席科学家母<SPAN lang=EN-US>xx</SPAN>,至今未见蒙牛公司发表任何出来澄清的文章或申明,这就是说:默认<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>造骨牛奶蛋白<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>就是<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>胰岛素样生长因<SPAN lang=EN-US>-1”</SPAN>。若是如此,问题就很严重。因为胰岛素样生长因<SPAN lang=EN-US>-1</SPAN>(<SPAN lang=EN-US>IGF-1</SPAN>)能引发多种癌症。血液中<SPAN lang=EN-US>IGF-1</SPAN>高的人,易患多种上皮细胞癌(<SPAN lang=EN-US>1</SPAN>,<SPAN lang=EN-US>2</SPAN>,<SPAN lang=EN-US>17</SPAN>)。除了乳腺癌(<SPAN lang=EN-US>3</SPAN>,<SPAN lang=EN-US>18</SPAN>)外,还会引发前列腺癌<SPAN lang=EN-US> (4-8)</SPAN>,肺癌<SPAN lang=EN-US> (10-13)</SPAN>和结肠直肠癌<SPAN lang=EN-US>(14-16)</SPAN>。可能还增高患膀胱癌的风险(<SPAN lang=EN-US>19</SPAN>)。这样,喝了蒙牛<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>特伦苏<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>牛奶就会出现俩种可能性。第一种是按照蒙牛公司的宣传,<SPAN lang=EN-US>IGF-1</SPAN>能以完整无缺的形式通过消化道,在体内发挥所谓的造骨作用。但实际结果是造骨不成(蒙牛公司没有证明它的(<SPAN lang=EN-US>IGF-1</SPAN>)对人才体有增强骨密度,促进骨量增加的作用,即使用大白鼠做的动物试验,也没有得到明确的结果),反而很多人可能将患上前列腺癌,或乳腺癌,或肺癌,或结肠直肠癌(这是大量国际医学研究成果证明了的)以及可能的膀胱癌。这就迹近<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>谋财害命<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>了。第二种结果是目前生物医学知识所认为的:喝进的造骨牛奶蛋白(<SPAN lang=EN-US>IGF-1</SPAN>)在胃肠道中被消化、降解,而不会被完整地吸收进血液中,至少对新生儿之外的其他人是如此(见方舟子文)。那么所谓的<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>造骨牛奶<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>只不过补充了一些氨基酸(或一些小肽片段)而已。就与喝普通的牛奶完全一样。结论是:<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>特伦苏<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>牛奶对人体不是有害就是无益,消费者千万不能光顾,不要上当受骗。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">  写到这里,不禁要请问蒙牛公司的首席科学家母先生:您们宣称<SPAN lang=EN-US>OMP</SPAN>是<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>由蒙牛乳业的科研人员发现并命名的<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>,这真是一种新发现的蛋白质?若是的话,请问它的氨基酸组成或结构,与<SPAN lang=EN-US>IGF-1</SPAN>有那些不一样?消费者有知情权(生产工艺您们可以保密,或申请专利)。若是<SPAN lang=EN-US>IGF-1</SPAN>,这是几十年前就被发现的蛋白质,您们为什么要欺骗消费者?而更严重的是它的致癌作用,您们为什么只字不提?登在<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>科学<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>上的这篇有关<SPAN lang=EN-US>IGF-1</SPAN>致癌作用的文章,是<SPAN lang=EN-US>1998</SPAN>年的事(<SPAN lang=EN-US>4</SPAN>),是九年以前的事,这样重要的文献您们不可能不读;而且还有大量关于<SPAN lang=EN-US>IGF-1</SPAN>致癌作用的文章,有几篇研究工作还是以中国人为对象做的<SPAN lang=EN-US> (8, 11)</SPAN>。您们对这么多研究报道却视而不见,这只能说明您们有意忽悠消费者。您们的科学良知何在?您们作为普通人的良心又何在?这些问题同样要请教梅方权教授。您是<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>造骨牛奶蛋白<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>专家评审委员会成员、中国农业科学院文献信息中心主任、农业部情报研究所所长兼国家食物与营养咨询委员会常务副主任。凭您的学识和工作条件,若<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>造骨牛奶蛋白<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>就是<SPAN lang=EN-US>IGF-1</SPAN>,您对它应了如指掌。您为什么不介绍它的主要功能(影响细胞的增殖,分化和凋亡过程)和令人心驚的致癌作用,而仅仅介绍它的<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>显著改善骨骼合成代谢,增强骨密度,促进骨量增加,延缓骨骼衰老<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>等次要功能?!您也是在有意忽悠消费者?国外的科学界是千方百计减低人体血液中的<SPAN lang=EN-US>IGF-1</SPAN>水平,以减少患癌症的危险(<SPAN lang=EN-US>9</SPAN>,<SPAN lang=EN-US>14</SPAN>,<SPAN lang=EN-US> 18</SPAN>)。而您们却在牛奶中添加大量的<SPAN lang=EN-US>IGF-1</SPAN>,真让人<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>匪夷所思<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>!</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; 其实所谓的营销,所谓的打折,都是为了赢取利润,如果让大家体味到物超所值的产品,那才是最本职的内涵,利润就在顾客的认可中,中国有些企业,太会自欺欺人了.
